DeLaval at World Dairy Expo 2024

DeLaval, a worldwide leader in milking equipment and solutions for dairy farmers, is participating in the World Dairy Expo taking place in Madison, Wisconsin, Oct. 1-4, 2024. DeLaval will showcase its innovative dairy farming technologies and sustainable practices during educational sessions and a virtual farm tour.

Knowledge Nook Sessions 

Tuesday, October 1 at 9:30 a.m. – Milk Sustainability Center - Driving to Productivity and Sustainability

Learn how DeLaval and John Deere are helping dairy farmers optimize NUE and reduce CO2 emissions through data-driven sustainability practices, with insights from industry leaders Joaquin Azocar, Solution Manager, Farm Management at DeLaval, and Matt Schleicher, Dairy & Livestock Production System Marketing Manager at John Deere. Thursday, October 3 at 10:30 a.m. – Optimizing Dairy Efficiency with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Explore how AI is revolutionizing dairy farm efficiency in North America, with DeLaval’s Gavin Strang, VP, Market Development & Solution Support, and a panel of producers sharing real-world applications and success stories.

All Knowledge Nook sessions will take place in the atrium of the Exhibition Hall. 

 

Virtual Farm Tour

DeLaval invites you to a virtual farm tour of the McCarty Family Farms, based in Rexford, Kan. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m. in Mendota 1. This one-hour session will feature a video about the farm, showcasing the McCarty’s sustainable practices, which won them an U.S. Dairy Sustainability Award, and the innovative solutions they use to milk and care for their cows, including two 120-stall DeLaval E500 rotaries at their newest dairy operation.
