Todo gira entorno al flujo
Why DeLaval Flow-Responsive™ Milking is better
DeLaval Flow-Responsive™ Milking uses actual milk flow to adjust milking parameters like vacuum and pulsation to create a more efficient milk flow profile.
DeLaval Flow-Adjusted Stimulation
In most of the monovac systems the vacuum and pulsation levels are set to be effective during the high milk flow. To avoid teat-damages before oxytocin release and the introduced milk let-down a delay after cleaning and before attachment is needed. This waiting period is not longer required as the system is managing the stimulation process after immediate attach of cluster.
DeLaval Flow-Adjusted Vacuum
Flow-Adjusted Vacuum speeds up the milk-extraction by lifting the vacuum level when high milk flow is available and then reducing level again once high flow has ended. This is avoiding the inevitable trade-off between udder-health and productivity that is created by a fixed vacuum level over the entire milking process.

Technologies and Services Enabling DeLaval Flow-Responsive™ Milking:
Taking a 360º view of your farm with DeLaval Flow-Responsive™ Milking
Farm Profitability
With Flow-Responsive Milking you can make every second count. The ability to extract more milk than a conventional monovac system, in less time and with less labour is highly beneficial, particularly on large farms.
Work Efficiency
Flow-Responsive Milking makes it possible to streamline your milking processes to create simple, worker-friendly routines that save labour. Milk in less time or milk more cows per session, with less energy and less stress on your team.
Animal Welfare
Shorter milking times mean less stress on teats. FlowResponsive Milking may improve teat condition and udder health, for a healthy and productive herd.
Food Safety
Not only are all materials used with Flow-Responsive Milking food safety approved, but lower instances of mastitis from shorter milking times means more highquality milk is produced.
