The intended use of DeLaval submersible pump SS1 is to drain clean and dirty water, sewage and liquid manure (with solid particles < 38 mm). The stainless steel pump is equipped with a float switch for automatic start and stop operation, and a built-in overheating protection. The pump can be used as a mobile unit or installed to a fixed position in a pit.

The DeLaval parlour pump C4000 is designed for heavy duty use on the farm with cast iron body, hardened stainless steel motor shaft and double sealing. The robust construction and high capacity allows the pump to be used for pumping of dirty water, liquids from silos, sewage and liquid manure. The pump is equipped with float switch for automatic start-stop and built-in thermal protection.
