Key benefits

Easy to install, operate and maintain

The pump works in a horizontal position and is mounted on a lifting system. The lifting system is made out of stainless steel and has a manually operated winch which allows for easy moving of the pump up and down or sideways in the pit. An adjustable motor bracket is available as an option which can tilt the pump 20 degrees up or down.

High capacity with excellent chopping of solid material

The pump has high working efficiency, up to 77% due to the superior design of the inlet and high precision casted housing and impeller. This enables to often plan with a smaller motor size and still get the expected capacity as a standard pump. The inlet of the pump has sharp and efficient knives in two steps. Their purpose is to cut for example straw into smaller pieces so it doesn´t block the inlet or the pipe to the lagoon. First chopping system is two adjustable blades of chrome steel. Second chopping system is a shear cutting plate of special high cast iron.

Robust construction

The pump has a direct drive from the motor so no gearbox is needed. The housing and impeller is made of casted iron with high precision. The pump has double mechanical sealings in silicon carbide and graphite-ceramics between motor and housing. The motor has double thermal probes, preventing overheating and preserving operational life span of the motor.

No limitation in pit dept

This pump can be installed in pump pits or lagoons with a dept of up to 5 meters, thanks to the lifting system. The pump slides on the vertical beam with low friction due to plastic guides.
