Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. The promotional currency is in CAD for Canada, and in USD for USA.
2. The promotion’s duration is from September 1st to November 30th, 2024.
3. This promotion is applicable on both VMS V300 and VMS V310.
4. The $20,000 discount is applicable on each VMS purchased. It is not applicable on peripheral equipment and on consumables and on preventive maintenance kits and on licenses and annual fees wherever applicable (e.g. Herd Navigator HN100, BCS, OCC, BA200/300).
5. Herd Navigator HN100 and OCC Consumables are not subject to any promotional discount or project discount.
6. As part of the promotion, the four chosen workwear are provided free of charge. Customers will need to pay for any extra workwear.
7. Only valid for Customer Sales Agreements signed between the Dealer and the Customer during the promotional period. Not valid for past customer orders.
8. The Dealer must place the order supported by the signed Customer Sales Agreement, and by all DeLaval prerequisite documentation which includes the InService contract.
9. A down-payment is required with this promotion.
10. Customer P.O. to be supplied as proof of sale in accordance with this promotion and its duration.
11. All equipment sold within this promotion must be delivered to the Dealer on or before June 30th, 2025.
12. This promotion is only available to participating DeLaval VMS Dealers. DeLaval reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time.
13. Not valid and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon, offer, prior purchase, exchange or refund, and it cannot be transferred. No product or cash substitutions.
