Cidmax, a formulation successfully used for many years and tested for compatibility with DeLaval equipment is a liquid, acid detergent for the de-scaling of milking equipment. It is the ideal product to be used in alternating cleaning routines and hard water conditions. Cidmax is the safest and most potent acid detergent you can buy and has a good value for your money. An effective cleaning routine will contribute to a premium milk quality and reduce the risk of bacteria growth in the milking installation.

Additional information

Liquid acid detergent for milking and cooling equipment built with an optimal blend of phosphoric and sulphuric acid giving the maximum de-scaling power while being mild to the materials in the equipment at the same time. Alternate with a DeLaval alkaline detergent, frequency depending on water hardness. For advice, contact the DeLaval service technician in your area.

Dosage recommendation	50-80ml per 10L of water (0,5-0,8%). Always add acid to water, never vice versa.
User instructions	Empty the installation of milk. Pre-rinse with luke-warm water (35 to 40°C). Dose in hot water (60 to 85°C). Circulate the solution during 7 to 10 minutes. Always keep the water temperature above 40°C. Check that the cleaning solution is circulating properly through all clusters and that slugs are created through pipes. Remove the cleaning solution. Rinse with clean, cold water. Check cleaning results regularly and adjust dosage and/or frequency if required.
Storage conditions	Store upright in the tightly closed original container in a well ventilated place between 5 and 40°C. Protect from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Keep away from food, drinks and animal feeding stuffs. Keep out of reach of children.
