180Bart and Sabine Lubbers have a progressive and traditional dairy company on the dike, in one of the oldest farms in Arnhem (dating in 1600). Together with Bart's parents, 180 cows are milked using three DeLaval VMSTM V310 milking robots. The milk is kept cool by a complete DeLaval cooling system. This is important, because part of the milk is prepared on the farm into a wide range of dairy products, from (butter) milk to curds, yoghurt and more.
High-volume milking demands high-capacity cooling. DeLaval compact chillers have been designed to meet these demands. They provide powerful cooling and precise temperature control to lock in milk quality before it goes into the storage tank.
