Liquid concentrated sanitizer based on hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid to be used as a food area disinfectant for liners, clusters, bulk tanks, milk pipelines, etc. For advice, contact the DeLaval service technician in your area.

Dosage recommendation | Cluster disinfection and sanitation of liners: 40 ml per 10 L (0,4%) water for 30 seconds OR 100 ml per 10 L (1%) water for 15 seconds. Sanitation of bulk tank and milk pipelines: 30ml per 10 L (0,3%) water for 5-30 minutes. |

User Instructions | 1. Clean all surfaces to be disinfected. Remove all milk residues. Insufficient cleaning before disinfection decreases sanitizing efficacy. 2. Disinfection step: cluster disinfection and sanitation of liners: dose 40 ml in 10 L of cold water, apply for 30 seconds minimum; OR dose 100 ml in 10 L of cold water, apply for 15 seconds minimum. Sanitation of bulk tank and milk pipelines: dose 30 ml in 10 L of cold water. Circulate solution for 5-30 minutes. 3. Drain sanitising solution. 4. Post rinse with clean water after disinfection before re-using the equipment. |
Storage conditions | Transport and store frost free, keep cool and protected from sunlight. Keep away from chemical products like alkaline and acid detergents. Keep away from children, animals and any kind of foodstuffs. Dose out of original drum, filling back into the drum is not allowed. Avoid contaminatoin with cigarette ash, rust, dirty cloths, cuttings, coins, organic dirtc, etc. |
